Registration for 2025-2026 is under way. These are still spaces in certain classes available for 2025-2026 school year. Registration for 2026-2027 school year begins January 26, 2026 for existing families. Registration for new families begins January 27, 2026.

For 2025-2026 registration fee will be $275. Payment can be made by check to Raleigh Moravian Preschool or through Vanco.
Our monthly tuition rates for 2025-2026 are below. A class spot is reserved once the registration application has been submitted, and the registration and activity fees have been paid.
The following forms must be completed and on file before your child begins:
- Registration application (located at bottom of this page)
- Medical information with current immunization records
- Parent Contract (acknowledgement of reading and understanding Raleigh Moravian Preschool handbook procedures and policies) and COVID forms.
Classroom spots are filled throughout the year from the waiting list as the need arises. Church members and siblings have priority on the waiting list.
Tuition and Fees
For 2025-2026 registration and activity supply fee is $275.
Tuition is due on the first school day of each month. Tuition payments can be handed to Director on the first of each month or there is online option. The fee for each month is the same even though some months will include holidays, breaks such as spring break, and teacher workdays.
No adjustments will be made to tuition or refunds due to absences related to illness, vacation, family emergency, or personal reasons. Tuition will not be adjusted due to inclement weather or school holidays. Once a child is enrolled and the school year begins, we require at least a three week written notice of withdrawal. This written notice must be submitted in writing to the Preschool Director. Parents/guardians continue to be responsible for payment for fifteen school days after the date of withdrawal notice whether the child is attending school or not. If a student withdraws before the first day of school and after August 1, the parent is still responsible for three weeks of tuition payment.
Tuition for Raleigh Moravian Preschool is payable in nine payments, made months of August through April 1 (there is no payment in May). If the first payment, which is due on August 1, is not received by the August 5, your child is considered withdrawn, and the spot is given to another child (unless special arrangements are coordinated with the Preschool Director in advance).
Each tuition payment is due by the first day of school of each month. If any payments are not received by the 5th of each month, you will be charged a late fee of $10 per business day until received. If payment of tuition and late fees is not made within three weeks of the past due date, the child will be suspended from school until payments are made.
Tuition and Registration can be paid by check and check handed to Director and check made payable to Raleigh Moravian Preschool. Other option is through Vanco. There are two options through Vanco. Either setting up bank drafts for preschool to receive no later than the first day of each month or through debit/credit card and manually initiated. If use online banking option parent is responsible for fees associated with this so be sure to click to accept these fees. For bank drafts there is a 1% charge of the total per transaction or for debit/check use there is a 2.9% charge of total per transaction. This is calculated for you.
Sibling and Referral Discounts
If your child is currently attending RMP and you refer a new student, you are eligible for a $30 discount off your next month’s tuition! In addition, for 2025-2026 school year sibling registration of $275 will be discounted to $175 for sibling.

Early Morning Drop Off
We are currently offering an Early Morning Drop Off option. With this option you can drop off as early as 9:00 am.
Monthly Fees for 2025-2026 & 2026-2027 School Year
| Five days a week | $75/month |
| Four days a week | $60/month |
| Three days a week | $50/month |
| Two days a week | $35/month |
You will be charged the same amount each month. Your fee should be included with your monthly tuition check. There is a $50 reservation fee to reserve a spot, and that amount will be applied towards the first month’s fee (if you withdraw from this reservation the fee will not be refunded). Please note that the Early Drop Off option will follow the school year schedule of holidays and teacher workdays.
If you are interested in this option on an “as needed” basis, the fee will be $5.00 per day. This option will be available only if there is space and must be approved by RMP’s Director prior to the day of drop off.
